Inversion Method – February

I am doing my first inversion method for this year, I started yesterday. I am finding it hard to get 7 consecutive days where I know for sure that I will have time to do this process, hence I will not be doing it as often as I would like – but once in 2 months is better than nothing right?

I am using an oil mix that includes almost all the oils I have in my stash. My ‘base’oils were castor oil and coconut oil to which I added 10 drops of each of these oils: rosemary, lavender, peppermint, cedarwood and thyme essential oils. I have mentioned previously that I am not one of those people who get the 1 inch of growth with using the inversion method, but I do notice a growth spurt definitely. It’s a way for me to keep up with my scalp massages which have been proven to be good for your hair.

So I will be inverting my head everyday until Wednesday next week.

Wish me luck!

Your blog is so simple and cute. Girl, I wish I could join you on that inversion method! But I wish you luck! Lol

  2. Its so difficult to inverse 7days religiously without forgetting! Especially with work and whatnot I found that a reminder works wonders even though I didnt finish my first inversion *Hides*

I totally agree Lebo – I am already counting down to the end of mine!

Some swear by it but it gave me a massive headache. Good luck my friend.

How did it go? I tried it a couple of times but didn’t notice much. But to be honest, I didn’t really track it. Don’t know why I do that. LOL.

I also don’t track religiously – and I don’t think I get an inch of growth, but I do get some growth during the period. that’s why I’m still doing it
