estee lauder advanced night repair

Since turning 30, I have been working to raising my skincare to the next level and adding a serum to my skincare regimen was once of the things that I wanted to do. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair – I even had it in my lust list from February.

After gathering up my coins, I bought this serum in September, so I have been using it for 6 weeks now, twice a day. I bought it while there was a special offer on Estee Lauder products, so I got a few trial sized products to play around with.

The serum is a light, almost sticky/tacky liquid, when applied, it disappears quite quickly into the skin. Once good thing is that you don’t need a lot of product to cover the face, I use 4 drops, so I foresee it lasting me a long while. The dropper applier makes it easy to dispense the product, so there is no wastage.

I have been using it quite consistently for the 6 weeks that I’ve had it and I must say that I have seen a difference in my skin. There is a certain glow to it and it it plump and healthy. I must add though that I have been generally looking after my skin lately and also keeping up with my water drinking, so all those factor contribute to this positive result.

I am glad that I bought this product, I really think that it will have a positive effect on my skin with continual use. My main issue that I need to be sorted out is my skin’s pigmentation and the texture of my skin. The results after 6 weeks make me quite hopeful!

I  bought the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair for R1055 for 50ml from Truworths – it is quite pricey; but I think that it is an investment product.

Do you use serums as part of your skincare?

I’m also struggling with pigmentation. Please continue to update us on the effectiveness of the serum. Tjo, it’s pricey indeed! I’m a new natural so I’m still trying to recover from the shock of how expensive it is. Lol, ideally kanti how much are we supposed to spend nje on ourselves?

Shuu! A thousand rand is a bit steep. But I guess if it dilivers the result, it’s worth it.
