I love the feeling of finishing a product, be it a makeup, bath or body product, I get such a sense of accomplishment. I also feel that as a blogger, the best reviews come from the products that you actually use till the bitter end, then you can truly tell how the product treated your skin and have a better sense on whether to repurchase or not. I have a number of empties that have accumulated over the last 2 months and I want to share my thoughts on them and whether I will be repurchasing or not.

Free & Fresh Natural Deodorant I have finally finished this deodorant after 8 months of use. I didn’t repurchase this particular brand because I already had another one from Pure Organics that I had purchased earlier in the year. I have nothing bad to say about this product though, I would definitely buy it again.

Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector & Optimizer I used this serum for about 3 months, it was okay, nothing to write home about. I will not be repurchasing, I’d rather save all my coins to buy the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisturiser I used this moisturiser as a night cream even though I think it’s a day cream because it has SPF. It left my skin feeling soft and worked well with my other products. I will not be repurchasing it because I have another night cream that I am using now.

Eucerin Even Better Day Cream This product has been in use for such a long time – it has treated me so well. It leaves my skin feeling moisturised but not greasy. I will not be repurchasing it though, I have another day cream that I am currently trying out.

The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost Instant Smoother I used this product as a makeup primer and it worked well for me. I will not be repurchasing though because I want to try other primers in the market.

L.A. Girl Pro BB Cream I featured this product in my 2016 springtime favourites and it still remains a fave. I tried out another way of using it in the recent weeks where I mixed it with an illuminating moisturiser for that glowy look and it was awesome. I have already repurchased my second bottle 🙂

Neutrogena Micellar Water I was so hyped when micellar water launched in SA I immediately went out to buy. I used it as suggested on the bottle and I was bitterly disappointed because it seemed to be not doing the job right, I was so overs it I even gave a nearly full bottle away. After discovering other bloggers using it after their cleansers I decided to give it another try and I liked that was of doing it better. So I am back to liking micellar water now :). I am not going to repurchase this Neutrogena one because it is more expensive than the Garnier one that I replaced it with.

Eucerin Sun Gel-Creme I received 10 sample sizes of this sunscreen, I gave away 8 of them and kept the other 2. This sunscreen is perfect for women of colour and for those with oily skin. After I finish my second tube, I will be repurchasing it.

L.A. Girl Shady Slim Brow Pencil A pencil after my own heart! I love these L.A. Girl brow pencils, they are comparable to the MAC brow pencils at a fraction of the cost. I definitely will be repurchasing.

The Body Shop Indian Night Jasmine Body Butter This is my favourite scent from The Body Shop range – I am obsessed with it. There’s not much to say about The Body Shop body butters because it’s a known fact that they are amazing. I will not be repurchasing this body butter though – I have a number of body creams in the cupboard that I need to go through.

Now that I have written this empties blog post, I can finally throw away all these empty containers that have been gathering up dust! Have you guys used any of these products? What did you think of them?
