Day serums are a class of products that I haven’t really gotten into. Other than the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair which I used 3 years ago, I’ve never been a day serum girl. When Rain launched their natural skincare range and offered me to pick a product to try out, I took the opportunity to pick the Rain Elevating Day Serum to test and see how it fits in my morning skincare routine.

A day serum which is part of the Rain natural skincare range, the aim of the range is to:

How to use it
For daily morning skincare routine. Use after cleansing and toning. Apply onto face, neck and décolletage. Gently massage into skin using fingertips.

How I used it
I applied in after a hydrating toner in my morning skincare routine, I let it sink into my skin for approx. 2 minutes (while I brushed my teeth) then followed it up with a moisturiser.

My thoughts
I used this serum everyday for 3 months. I was quite worried about using it because I am currently on Accutane and my skin is super sensitive. I am happy to report that I did not have any issues with this serum. It sunk very well into my skin and left it looking plump and healthy. It definitely added to the radiance and glow up that my skin has been experiencing in the last few months. If you’re looking for a day serum, I 100% recommend trying this one out.
