I feel like I’ve been speaking about this product a lot lately on the blog and so when it ran out I thought it would be best for me to review it fully. I haven’t done a lot of reviews lately and I want to go back to sharing about products in depth.

What is it?
The Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is a gentle exfoliating product that is for daily use.

How I used it
I used this product 90% as directed, I dispensed the powder into my hands and added some water to make a paste and rubbed it onto my skin for 60 seconds as part of my morning routine. The product instructions say that you must use the product on a cleansed face, however I don’t use cleanser on my face in the morning so I just use it straight after a water rinse.

My thoughts
I loooved this product, I love how it feels on my skin. I usually shy away from physical exfoliants but this one is it because of how gentle it is. After using it my skin felt so smooth like a baby’s bottom. I feel like it provided me the perfect base to apply the remainder of my morning skincare products.

Costs
The Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is sold in 2 sizes: 75g bottle is R1099 and the 13g bottle (which I had) is R259. For reference, the 13g bottle lasted me for 7.5 weeks of almost daily use.
